This is our profession, and we take pride in relieving you of the burden so that your accommodation is spotless and ready before your guests arrive.
These services are designed for owners of furnished rentals or second homes who wish to rent out and maintain their property.
We offer packages tailored to your needs – from simple check-in/check-out to full property management:
Pack 1 – Cleaning
Quote provided after inspection, based on €1.20/m². Cleaning with our own products. Optional: beds made up (rate depends on the number of beds). Management of consumables (toilet paper, sponges, washing-up liquid, etc.).
Cleaning of your accommodation: routine cleaning, pre- and post-rental cleaning. Optional: bed preparation with our sheets and towels – see Linen Kit.
Household linen can be a real headache for short-term rentals. We offer linen kits (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels) for rent for your guests. Price depends on the number of people.
Note: Cleaning fees and laundry services can be passed on to guests, so there is no cost to property owners.
Pack 2 – Guest Welcome
Personalised guest welcome / check-in & check-out (€75 per booking + travel costs depending on the location)
Personalised welcome for your guests: opening the property, welcoming tenants and showing them in, handing over keys and practical information about your property. Tourist advice. Presence at check-out.
Pack 3 – Rental Management Assistance
Booking follow-up – 20% commission on booking price
Calendar management, messaging, and enhancement of your listings on platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, and others
Tenant selection according to your criteria
Handling enquiries and messages
Complete monitoring of your rentals: direct contact with your guests / Administration of your rental calendar
Peace of Mind Pack
Includes Packs 1 (Cleaning), 2 (Guest Welcome), and 3 (Rental Management Assistance)
Pack 4 – Maintenance
We offer maintenance work and minor repairs upon request and quotation.
Pack 5 – Property Watch
Turning on the heating, shutting off the water, collecting mail, or simply making sure everything is in order – we can visit on your behalf, either regularly or occasionally.
On-site visit, property walkthrough, etc. – quotation upon request.
We can also prepare your home:
Before your arrival:
- Air out the property
- Cleaning, shopping, and stocking up
- Turn on heating or air conditioning
- Open water supply (hot water system)
- Make beds with our linen
After your departure:
- Cleaning
- Turn off heating or air conditioning
- Shut off water supply
- Collect our linen (sheets, towels, tea towels)
We’ll take care of your home as if it were our own. If you have an idea or specific request, we’re happy to listen and tailor our services to your needs.
