What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrivals are between 4.30pm and 7.30pm and departures between 9am and 11am.

Where are meals served and at what times?

Dinner is delivered to your accommodation between 7.30pm and 8pm and breakfast is also delivered to your accommodation between 8.45am and 9am.

Do you accept hen and stag parties?

For the peace and quiet of our guests, we no longer accept them.

Can we bring a barbecue to heat up our meal?

For safety reasons, all appliances with a flame, such as barbecues and stoves, are prohibited.

Do you accept pets?

No, we do not accept pets as we have free-range pets and regularly keep sheep..

Do we have access to our accommodation by car?

For everyone's peace and safety, there is a car park outside the Domaine and trolleys are available to take your luggage to your accommodation.

Is there a bathroom and WC in the accommodation?

All our accommodation has a bathroom with WC, except for the yurts where the private bathroom/WC is located in a gypsy caravan where there are 4 private toilets/WCs for our 4 yurts.

Does the accommodation have a kitchenette with crockery, fridge and microwave?

Only the lodge de l'étang has a kitchenette, but no microwave.

In the old dovecote at the entrance to the property, we have installed a fridge and microwave oven, which you can use at any time.

Crockery is also available on request.

Is there electricity in the accommodation?

All our accommodation has electricity with plugs. However, please do not bring back or plug in appliances of more than 300W.

Is the accommodation heated?

All our accommodation has electric heating except for the lodges, which have oil-fired heating. No heating in summer.

Is there Wi-Fi?

No, there is no Wi-Fi as many people develop electromagnetic sensitivity. Domaine de la Roche Bellin is a great place to take a break.

Is linen provided?

Beds are made before you arrive and we also provide towels.

What are the best months to come with your family?

Each month has its own charm, but April to the end of October are the best months to discover the very pleasant countryside of southern Touraine.

What activities are available on site?

Take advantage of your private spa if you have booked one, go fishing in one of our 2 ponds, go cycling and discover the Descartes/Preuilly sur Claise greenway located 2.5 km from the Domaine, put on your hiking boots and set off into the Roche Bellin forest, where other circuits are waiting for you at reception.

Do we have to clean up at the end of our stay?

No, you don't have to clean up when you leave, but we do ask our guests to leave their accommodation in a clean and tidy condition, removing sheets and towels if possible and putting them in front of the entrance to the accommodation.

Are there any insects in the accommodation?

We pay particular attention to the cleaning and cleanliness of our accommodation, but unfortunately being in the countryside, between the fields, some insects come in search of warmth. You may find flies, ladybirds, wasps, hornets, spiders, mosquitoes, voles and shrews.

How do I book our holiday?

You can book your holiday directly on our website from the top of this page. You can also book dinners, breakfasts, picnics, private SPAs and the recommended ‘covid' cancellation insurance on the online booking site.

Can we cancel our stay at the last minute?

You can change your booking more than 30 days before your stay. Less than 30 days before your stay, your holiday cannot be changed for any reason whatsoever. You can also take out the ‘Campez Couvert' cancellation insurance offered on our online booking site.
